Newton is a city of thirteen villages, each with its own center, housing and price point. Buyers here usually know which village they want, so the listing has to show what makes the home and its village special.
Chestnut Hill and Waban have large estates and Colonials on landscaped lots, where aerials and twilight exteriors pay off. Newton Centre and Newton Highlands have Victorians and Colonials near Green Line stops and village shops. West Newton, Newtonville and Auburndale are near the commuter rail and the Mass Pike. Nonantum and Newton Corner mix two-families with single-families.
Newton listings tend to be larger homes with high buyer expectations. A full package of photos, drone, a floor plan and a video or 3D tour is common, and every room needs to look its best.
Pricing depends on the home and the services you choose, so request a quote with the address and we'll send a price. Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours and videos within 48 hours, though times may be longer during busy periods.
