Agent video

You on camera, introducing the home and pointing out what makes it special. Agent videos build trust with buyers and sellers and are great content for your own brand on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Our Diamond package includes basic scripting: we help you outline what to say so the video stays tight and on message, even if you're new to being on camera.

How we plan a video

1. Tell us where the video will run (MLS, YouTube, Instagram or your website) and what you want buyers to notice first.
2. For agent videos, we sketch a short outline together so you know exactly what you'll say in each scene.
3. On shoot day we capture the home and your on-camera segments in the same visit as the photos.
4. We edit, add music and deliver the finished video through your client portal, typically within 48 hours (times may be longer during busy periods).
