Turn on all the lights, open blinds, clear countertops, put away personal items and pet bowls, make the beds, close toilet lids and move cars, trash bins and hoses away from the front of the house.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll work with you to reschedule. Interior photos can usually go ahead in light rain. Drone and twilight photos need decent weather, so we may move just those parts to another day.
