Sham RE Media ("Sham RE Media," "we," "us," or "our") provides real estate photography, video, drone, floor plan, 3D tour, and virtual staging services in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through shamremedia.com, our booking portal at book.shamremedia.com, phone, email, and text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can perform those services for us. Examples include our booking and delivery platform, website host, form-processing service, email provider, payment processor, and communications providers. They may not use it for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. This sharing never includes your mobile number or SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes (see Section 4).

How you opt in: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact or booking form, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written permission to text you when you book. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using our services.
Messages you may receive: appointment and photo shoot scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices (for example, due to weather), access and arrival coordination, and order and media delivery updates. Some messages may be sent by an automated assistant on our behalf.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your bookings and requests.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation message, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Our website and booking portal use cookies needed to run the site (for example, keeping you signed in to the booking portal). We may use basic analytics to understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are kept as proof of your choices.

Photos, video, and 3D tours we create show properties, not people. We take reasonable steps to keep personal items and people out of frame. Media is licensed to our clients for marketing the property, and we may show selected work in our portfolio. If you'd like an image of your property removed from our portfolio, contact us.
